The aim of the 80s Atmosphere Pack Reborn is to give GTA Vice City iOS, Android a refreshed and more modern apperance, while preserving the original essence of the game.
It is the second most detailed mod pack ever made for VC Mobile, after the original 80s Atmosphere Mod Pack. Everything is done with lots of care and love, and the best thing is that the whole storyline is still fully playable.
